Bangladesh has become a popular destination for international students pursuing MBBS and BDS degrees due to its high-quality education, affordable tuition fees, and globally recognized medical curriculum. Government and private medical colleges in Bangladesh follow an English-medium syllabus that aligns with international standards, making it easier for foreign students to adapt. The country offers a safe, culturally familiar environment for South Asian students, especially with many colleges accommodating diverse international communities. Additionally, the presence of WHO-recognized institutions and the opportunity to practice in various countries after graduation make Bangladesh a practical and attractive choice for aspiring medical professionals.
Tuition Fees: For Government medical and dental colleges, students from SAARC countries will be required to pay tuition and other fees at the rate charged to a Bangladeshi student. Students from other countries will have to pay $5000 (five thousand) per year in addition to the tuition fees charged for Bangladeshi students. If students can’t pass the exam in due time, additional charges have to be paid.
